Cristina Fernández Hernández is a prominent professional as Managing Partner and co-founder of People Impact, where she has spearheaded the training of leaders and management committees, facilitating their growth in effective leadership models and creating significant impact in their organisations.

Additionally, Cristina has shared her experience and expertise in digital leadership as a lecturer in the Top Management in Digital Business programme (PADDB) at The Valley Digital Business School since September 2022.
