Luis González Quero is currently the Director of 42 Málaga at the Telefónica Foundation. He heads the innovative and free programming campus, which offers access to the job market through a revolutionary methodology.

With more than 3 years at Telefónica, he was People Business Partner at Telefónica Global Roaming, where he contributed to the development of the employee experience in the global business units and was part of the Employee Experience Tribe, where he focused on the design, development and implementation of products and processes related to talent acquisition, onboarding, training and diversity. He has also held the position of People Business Partner at Telefónica Tech (IoT & Data) and gained experience in recruitment and human resources at Synergic Partners, SOTEC Consulting and Primark. His extensive knowledge covers recruitment, talent development and HR analytics in the context of technology and strategic consulting companies.
