Her career has included key roles in prestigious organisations in Spain and the UK, where she has led business development initiatives, strategic consultancy and change management, always with a focus on understanding the nature of organisations through their people. Barbara is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Team Coach, a civil and commercial mediator, with a robust academic background that includes a Master in Neuroscience, General Management Programme (IESE), Project Management Professional, MBA, and Master in Financial Management. Additionally, as an active collaborator of Instituto Internacional Promediación and a volunteer coach in initiatives such as CIVSEM and La Akademia, Bárbara offers a unique perspective centred on leadership, change, and personal development, making her a valuable mentor for acceleration programmes.
